ABSTRACT: This research assessed the impact of early childhood education on emotional resilience. The objectives were to: (1) identify the role of structured early childhood programs in fostering emotional resilience, (2) evaluate the influence of teacher-student interactions on emotional development, and (3) determine the effectiveness of emotional learning activities in early childhood settings. A survey design was utilized to gather detailed information from educators and parents regarding their observations and experiences with emotional resilience in children. A sample size of 150 preschool educators and parents was selected through purposive sampling. The case study was conducted in early childhood education centers in Ekiti State, Nigeria. Findings revealed that structured early childhood programs significantly contributed to emotional resilience, with positive teacher-student interactions playing a crucial role. Emotional learning activities were found to be highly effective in developing children's emotional resilience. It was recommended that early childhood education curricula incorporate emotional learning activities and that professional development programs for educators include training in emotional resilience strategies to support children's emotional development.
